COMMISSION TERMS
Please read the information carefully before submitting your commission details.
By commissioning me, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the terms presented on this page.
- You will receive a personalized quote for your commission request based on complexity of character design, color & background detail.
- Payment is to be made upfront via PayPal invoice (no friends & family payments).
- Commissions are for your personal use and may absolutely be shared/reposted with credit.
- If you are interested in art for a commercial project, please contact me to discuss.
- When sharing the art, please make sure to credit me with a link to StrawberryComics.com
- None of my commissions or art are authorized for NFT or AI usage.
- I retain copyright on my art and can post it to promote my services.
- I have the right to refuse a commission request for any reason.
COMMUNICATION
- Communication will be via email between Monday to Friday, so make sure to keep an eye on your inbox!
- Once started, a commission can take 1 to 3 weeks depending on complexity and my schedule / workload.
- You will receive WIPs from me when I finish the sketch and color stages. Please reply with feedback so I know if you’re happy or require edits.
- Once done, you will receive a large print-sized PNG file for your personal collection, and one web-sized version for sharing.
REVISIONS
- I will do one round of revisions for the sketch and color stages free of charge. (example: a pose change, correcting anatomy or fashion details, or modifying a facial expression)
- Always free: If I have forgotten a previously specified detail.
- Multiple or bigger revisions will come at an extra fee which I will disclose to you before proceeding. They will be invoiced separately.
REFUND POLICY
- No refunds will be given once I’ve gone past the initial sketching phase or after I’ve completed your commission.
- Partial refund will be given if you wish to cancel after the initial sketch.
