How long will it take to receive my store order?

We aim to process all orders within three business days. Once shipped, most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.

What is this store’s order cancellation policy?

It is possible to cancel an order that has not yet shipped. Email us immediately if you need to cancel your order or make edits to your order. Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel an order that has already been shipped.

What is this store’s return and exchange policy?

All sales are final. Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer returns / refunds on our items.

If the item you purchased arrives broken or damaged, please contact us within 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you an exchange. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at gina@strawberrycomics.com

Do you accept orders placed outside of the U.S.?

Due to the uncertainty around tariffs and other nonsense going on in the United States, we are currently holding off on opening up orders to international customers. If things stabilize, we will reevaluate our shipping options. In the meantime, you can absolutely grab our digital merchandise currently on our itch.io shop.
