Commissions

I offer personal commissions for private clients. To commission, you need to fill in the Commission Form found at the end of this info. For professional inquiries (such as professional illustrations, comic work, etc), please email me directly to discuss.

COMMISSION TERMS

Please read the information carefully before submitting your commission request.
By submitting a commission request through the form below, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed the terms presented on this page.

• You will receive a personalized quote for your commission request based on complexity of character design, color & background detail.
• Payment is to be made upfront via PayPal invoice (no friends & family payments).
• Commissions are for your personal use. You can absolutely share the art with credit.
• You may print out a physical copy for your own personal use. If you wish to sell merchandise (commercial use) with the commission art, a license fee is required which you can email with for details.
• None of my commissions or art are authorized for NFT or AI usage. No way. Not ever.
• I retain copyright on my art and can post it to promote my services.
• I have the right to refuse a commission request for any reason.

COMMUNICATION

• WORKING HOURS: Monday to Friday 9am-6pm EST. Closed Saturday & Sunday. You can contact me outside of these times but bear in mind I will only answer during working hours!
• You will receive WIPs from me when I finish the sketch and color stages. Please reply with feedback so I know if you’re happy to proceed or require edits.
• Once done, you will receive a 300 DPI print-sized PNG file for your personal collection, and one web-sized version for sharing.

REVISIONS

• INCLUDED: I will do one round of revisions for the sketch and color stages free of charge. (example: a pose change, correcting anatomy or fashion details, or modifying a facial expression)
• ALWAYS FREE: If I have forgotten a previously specified detail.
• Multiple or bigger revisions will come at an extra fee which I will disclose to you before proceeding. They will be invoiced separately.
  

REFUND POLICY

• No refunds will be given once the invoice has been paid and I’ve started your piece. I will only refund you if I can’t finish your commission in which case I will contact you. If the client stops answering my emails after the commission is paid I’m not responsible for refunding the rest of the commission.
